ENROLMENT PROCEDURES

STEP 1 Take the FAFC Admission Test at the  Guidance Center.

STEP 2 Present enrollment requirements at the Registrar to determine eligibility for Enrollment

STEP 3Accomplish Enrollment Form available at the Registrar’s Office

STEP 4 Proceed to the Principal’s/Dean’s Office

STEP 5 Proceed to the Accounting Office

STEP 6 Pay the Enrollment Fees at the Cashier.

STEP 7 Proceed to the Admission Officer for enrollment validation
